Opinion Poll: Who or what denomination of Christianity do you consider the craziest? Why?
Q. NOTE: This is an opinion poll to collect people's views. If you are offended by an opinion poll then please pass it up. I am collecting opinions to understanding how or why people view different sects of Christianity as "crazy" and how they come to that conclusion.

A. The more radically conservative, the more out there they tend to be. The ones who say that they believe the Bible is 100% literal, but they eat bacon and shrimp and allow women to speak in church ... those are the most, er ... interesting to me.

A. Raise Roman Catholic Joined Baptist ' Joined Methodist Joined Church of Christ . And when I saw how each of them says that theirs is the way to heaven . I started to look at the buildings that they all have . And the cost of them . And the people in that multi million dollar to build building . That has a utility bill more than some in that church take home in SS checks . And not one of those churches has a need to help out its own except on Thanksgiving day and Christmas day . The rest of the year each man and woman for them selves . Made me see religion of today as nothing but a business of how to make more money . All churches except the Roman Catholic church talks about the finical needs of the church during the Sunday gathering .… [cont.]

Would a White House wedding be the answer to solving the President's negative opinion poll ratings?
Q. Often, our public attention span is fleeting, at best. Do you think that a White House wedding/media frenzy - superficial as it may seem - would eradicate negative feelings toward the Bush Administration and all of it's mishandling, miscommunicating, just "missed" altogether 8/years?

Whats the latest opinion poll saying?
Q. I used to use yougov but now you have to pay. So I haven't looked at an opinion poll for a couple of months, last one I saw had labour trailing the conservatives by 7 points, this was after Browns temporary bounce had started to wear off and he was sliding again. 2 questions: 1) Whats the latest opinion poll (i.e. yougov, mori etc.) you looked at and what does it say? 2) Can you provide me with a poll site that's still open access? thanks

Opinion poll : who are the best five players of all-time eligible for the baseball hall of fame not yet in?
Q. I can think of Pete Rose and Joe Jackson as my shoe-in (no pun intended) answers for this one but wanted to put it out to the group. This could include past players who never got voted in by veterans' committee, but - due to the eligibility restriction not the players who retired so recently they have not yet been named on any ballots. Thanks in advance for your answers, I'm sure this questions has been asked in the past but I'm not sure it has been asked recently.

A. Just five, huh? Well, it's a little hard. The writers have done such a crummy job over the years that there are quite a few, actually. Pete Rose and Shoeless Joe Jackson simply are not eligible to go in. Unless some new evidence -- hard evidence -- emerges we'll always have to look into the Baseball Encyclopedia to find them because they won't be, and don't deserve to be, in the hall. 1.) Bert Blyleven -- he is being ROBBED 2.) Ron Santo -- the NL's Brooks Robinson 3.) Thurman Munson -- Bench is in, Fisk is in, and there was only one other catcher in that golden age of catchers. 4.) Tommy John -- all those wins, a post-season icon, and his name is forever on the surgery that saves so many pitchers' careers. 5.) Roger Maris -- he held… [cont.]
