Why all political parties forget Bihar Assembly which was dissolved before its MLA's can take oath?
Q. According to Supreme court that dissolving of Bihar Assembly before it commences and its MLA's can take oath was a constitutionally wrong. Why government was in a hurry to dissolve that assembly. why all the political parties are not making it a issue in the current parliament elections.

A. I agree with you. and the credit goes to Nitish Kumar and his ally BJP. Nitish Kumar has united the Kurmis (his own caste), yadavs, dalits and upper castes also, through his dedicated and honest work for the state. people like Lalu was spoiling the image of Bihar and also making it a laughing stock in the eyes of rest of the India. Nitish Kumar's popularity shows that the people of India are no fool and when the right option is there they will go for that. i thank BJP for giving another good CM after Narendra Modi.

A. From what I read about Bihari marriages and registration, the registration process itself only proves a marriage took place, not that the marriage is valid. According to Bihar Government documents: --- 4. Registration to be no proof of validity of the marriage The Registration of marriage under these rules shall not be an irrebuttable proof of validity of marriage under any law. This registration shall be rebuttable proof of the marriage having taken place. --- My advice would be for you to consult with the Canadian Immigration office and review the Visa requirements for official documents. What do you think of the Congress government asking for the flood relief money back from Bihar govt?
Q. Congress party asked for the Rs. 1000 crores back already that was sanctioned after the Kosi floods last year. Is it a ploy to pressure Nitish Kumar to support Congress? Congress will not bring the 75 lakh crores that is lying in swiss bank accounts but it wants 1000 crore back from poor Bihari people which was given for flood relief that displaced millions of people.

A. In state of Maharashtra, in Nagpur, twice in a row, two rapist (I am not sure, if they were rapist of gangsters) were beaten to death few years back. I do not support these kind of activities, but some times, public takes law in there hand. Government should do a proper inquiry and make sure that this does not get repeated. I am totally against Modi but I do not think your suggestion to ask him for resignation for this incidence is well justified.

Also try to make friends with English speaking people so that they may correct you whenever your english terms are not correct. Stand back and observe how your english speaking friends communicate with each other. Don't ever be afraid or upset if you're not understanding lessons. Don't be afraid to ask your english friends for help. If they sometimes laugh, it's not because of your mistakes, it's because of the way you're pronouncing certain words. A. Are you serious? You are very rich and want to waste money? A 10 MW power plant will be a useless proposition as the same could be got from a Diesel generator set. Why you want a power plant that also coal based. Nobody will give you loan and the plant will not be economically viable.
