Why do conservatives hate the government, but love the corporate elite who run it?
Q. Why do they hate the government and think it is so bad and wrong, but they love the rich corporations who run our government and economy. Why do they hate an official who is "elected by the people", but love a rich oligarch who never worked a day in his life and inherited a multi-billion dollar company? Why do they hate the government who provides protective services for its people, but love the corporation who pollutes our environment, rapes our resources, and runs our economy into the ground? Can someone help me understand?

A. I really don't understand it either... they are apologists for corporations who won't even provide a living wage or basic benefits for their employees, yet attack government as if it is the devil itself, and they think these "American" companies are out to help us all, and don't question why we have the biggest wealth disparity, by far, of all developed nations... most of these Republicans aren't even in the $200k+ tax bracket, yet they somehow identify with and defend the interests of these greedy oligarchs who are making billions off the backs of America. It's incomprehensible... mainly related to their religious beliefs and wedge social issues that will really never change no matter who is in power... brilliant move by the GOP… [cont.]
